Background
In 1995 Brett joined an American based training company called Leadership Management International (LMI). This company has trained over 40,000 people in New Zealand in Leadership, Management, Productivity and Sales Programmes over the last 35 years. Brett was trained as a facilitator for all of their programmes and became a licensee for the Hawkes Bay region.
Brett has worked as a Business Coach and Trainer for a wide range of companies from small business to corporates. Some of his clients past and present include -
Richmond Meats, Williams & Kettle, PGG Wrightsons, Bayleys Real Estate, Napier City Council, Electrotech, Tonys Tyre Services, Alexander Construction, Sileni Winery, United Travel, Fidelity Life Insurance, Barnes Mossman, ASB Bank, RCR Easteel, DSK Engineering, Enzafoods NZ, Colliers International, Mike Pero Mortgages, Elders Pastoral.
Several franchises have contracted Brett to work exclusively with their new teams as they take on new franchisees, as a challenge for many new franchisees is that they may be very good at the technical aspect of their business but need to be able to go out and sell their services. Two such clients here in Hawkes Bay are Need a Nerd and SMART Business.
Brett also works with a number of small/medium businesses and will work with single participants as well as groups.
For the past 5 years Brett has had a regular column and has published over 125 articles in the local newspaper on the subjects of sales and sales management.
